Communication is the key to success as a recruiter and consultant. With consistent and thorough communication I am confident in my quality of service. As a client, you will receive weekly updates and reporting, you will always feel in control. I also, have high expectations that this communication will be the same in return. However, I am also aware, and I respect, that my clients are busy. We will set cadence meetings to ensure we are the same page. I will reach out when needed and will never lose the quality of service due to lack of communication. I am very transparent and appreciate the transparency from my clients as well.

I am always looking for new ways to be efficient whether it is trying a new tool or software or finding ways to improve the process. Quality is everything and efficiencies is what helps drive that quality. I always track my work to ensure I am spending my time efficiently. Quality over quantity!
