Engaged Search:

• % of total compensation offered to candidate

• Engagement fee required (deducted once role is filled)

• 6 weeks of dedicated search

• Weekly Progress Reports provided

• Weekly Progress Meetings required

• 3 Month Replacement Guarantee

  NOTE: I will only work with 2-3 clients engaged clients at a time, so you are guaranteed to be a priority.

Service Provided:

• Role Review Session with hiring manager and/or team

• Review and suggest revisions on job ad, if necessary

• Set expectations- weekly progress meetings/weekly updates

• Recruit/ Headhunt candidates

• Screen and present potential candidates

• Submit all candidates with a resume and executive summary

• Coordinate interviews

• Debrief both candidate and client

• Conduct reference checks

• Negotiate with candidate and client until there has been an accepted offer

• Present offer and managed until signed
